Vicki Golich

Vicki L. Golich became provost and vice president for academic and student affairs at Metropolitan State University of Denver in September 2009. She has held faculty and administrative positions at Pennsylvania State University and California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), where she served as dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. Golich received her A.B. in diplomacy and world affairs from Occidental College in 1972, her M.A. in political science from CSU Fullerton in 1974, and her Ph.D. in international relations from the School of International Relations at the University of Southern California in 1984. As a Pew Faculty Fellow in International Affairs in the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 1992, Golich learned to use the case method of interactive teaching.
