PEAK Toolkit Kick-Off Meeting
WICHE is partnering with the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) and five institutions from the WICHE region to produce a toolkit that will equip higher education institutions with a protocol and methodology to identify hidden costs, measure impact, and strengthen relationships across institutions to improve outcomes before, during, and after the procurement process. This kick-off event will introduce the community of practice to one another, familiarize them with WICHE and NACUBO, and allow for hands-on planning of the framework and needs assessment to be conducted in winter and spring.
