WICHE ICE benefits from the many talents of its dedicated member representatives serving in leadership roles.   Providing general oversight and acting as the policy-making body is the Steering Board, consisting of one representative appointed by each member. The Board is headed by a seven-member Executive Committee. Each member also appoints an ICE Program Information Coordinator (ICE PIC) who identifies opportunities for course exchanges and arranges for them to take place through the ICE database. Each collaborative initiative has its own leadership team with representatives of each participating member. Serving as the fiscal agent is the WICHE Commission. The WICHE ICE staff provides specific direction and supports the day-to-day operations of the consortium’s activities.
