To be eligible for the WUE Tuition Rate, incoming freshmen students must: be a permanent resident of a WUE state or territory, have a completed admissions application/file by Dec. 1, 2026, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher at the time of application. Transfer students must: be a permanent resident of a WUE state or territory, have a completed admissions application/file by Feb. 1, 2027, have an earned associate's degree or 30 earned hours without an earned bachelor's degree, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher at the time of application. No online programs are eligible for the WUE Tuition Rate.
