The Enrollment Services Director oversees all aspects of the enrollment process at NMC to include effective leadership in daily operations, development of strategies to attract and retain students, compliance with regulations, collaboration with various departments to streamline processes, data analysis to improve enrollment, retention and graduation outcomes, and facilitation of teams responsible for recruitment and outreach efforts. The director ensures a smooth enrollment experience for all stakeholders. This position directly reports to the Dean of Student Support Services (SSS), and oversees the office of admissions and records, (OAR) and the NMC testing center.
