Can I buy off MHEC contracts?
Public or not-for-profit higher education institutions in the WICHE region can use the MHECtech contracts. Depending on the specific contract, other organizations may be able to use the contracts, such as K-12; city, local, county, and state governments. Faculty, staff, and students can buy from the Dell contract. Eligibility is clearly described on each contract at www.mhectech.org.

What do I have to do to become a member of WICHE?
States hold membership in WICHE. Our members include: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
