At Northern Arizona University, students who meet admission criteria and live in one of 14 Western states, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, or Guam qualify for the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program—with up to a 40% discount on out-of-state tuition, plus an automatic merit scholarship.
