Vice President, Performance & Planning

The Vice President of Performance & Planning is the Chief Performance Officer of Laramie County Community College (LCCC). The Vice President (VP) ensures the College has systems in place to continuously assess performance, processes for planning designed to improve performance, and services that support these activities. The VP collaboratively develops systems that assess student learning, academic programs, and college services. The VP serves as the Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) for coordinating institutional accreditation activities with the Higher Learning Commission while supporting programmatic accreditation activities as needed.

The VP oversees and ensures the effective deployment of stakeholder-focused services, including institutional academic assessment, institutional research, sponsored awards and compliance, and project management. The VP assists LCCC administration in the formulation and interpretation of issues, analysis of trends, and institutional outcomes while playing a critical role linking planning, resource allocation, and assessment of institutional effectiveness. The VP provides the campus community with relevant, timely, and accurate information in a user-friendly format, supporting decision-making at LCCC.
