This edition of WICHE Insights discusses the key findings of WICHE’s landscape analysis of state higher education strategic plans and highlights how states are implementing strategies that support coordination and collaboration, such as course sharing and coordination on key policy areas. Additionally, the brief discusses how states are adapting structures, such as course modality, funding structures, and data systems, to better support students’ success and evidence-based decision-making.
