WICHE’s Non-traditional No More State Leader meeting convened state leaders from five project states – Arkansas, Colorado, Nevada, North Dakota, and South Dakota – as well as representatives from Kentucky, Louisiana, Montana, and Oklahoma to share information, challenges, and strategies for success about how to better serve ready adults.
