Members of WICHE's College Access Regional (CAR) Network gathered in Salt Lake City on January 29 and 30 to discuss the development of broad-based college access networks, strategies to improve access and success for low-income students, and state plans for sustaining activities currently funded under the federal College Access Challenge Grant.
