The ICE PICs will answer the following questions to determine the timeline for the coming year.

What is the date by which:

The teaching Campus puts up course info page?

The enrolling Campus requests seats?

The teaching campus grants seats?

The home campus creates section and puts course in the schedule?

Upon enrollment, to communicate with students?

To update roster?

To enter students into the Course Management System?

To bill enrolling campuses after final add/drop date?

Grades are posted?
