All attendees must register in advance for the Joint Forum and Alliance 2016 Annual Meeting. The official program’s registration fee is waived for non member speakers and for each member’s official representative. All others must pay the appropriate fees listed below.
The registration deadline for all attendees is April 7, 2016. Register at www.regonline.com/ForumAlliance2016.
Early Bird Registration - Up to March 11, 2016
Member Attendees (fee waived for official representatives) - $495 per person for staff accompanying member
Non-Member Attendees - $595 per person
Regular Registration — March 12-April 7, 2016
Member Attendees (fee waived for official representatives) - $550 per person for staff accompanying member
Non-Member Attendees - $650 per person
- Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to April 1, 2016, in order to receive a refund less $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the April 1 deadline. WICHE, the Forum and the Alliance are not responsible for cancelling hotel reservations.
