Referrals Off Campus

• If you want information and assistance in seeking a referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist in private practice off-campus. Counseling & Psychological Services' staff are available by phone for consultation and specific recommendations.

• When you call, please have available information on counseling or mental health coverage you or your parent may carry. This information is vital in making a good referral for you. If you have no insurance coverage, some practitioners use a sliding fee scale based on your ability to pay. The lowest fee under these conditions is typically $25.00 per session.

• If you want information and recommendations regarding off-campus psychological services, call 594-5220 and one of our staff will consult with you. Ask to speak to the next available psychologist on "PHONE REFERRAL" duty.
