Scenario 34: Advisor removes flag from student records
Goal		Student is not allowed to register for classes or continue course of study
Pre-Conditions		Student has withdrawn from the university Proper withdrawal forms have been filled out and submitted Advisor is aware of withdrawn status

1.	Advisor requests student academic records from the system
2.			System provides requested files
3.	Advisor removes the "flag" from student records (the presence of the flag enables students to register for future distance courses)
4.			System updates files to note flag removal, notifies advisor of change
5.	Advisor knows student is not allowed to register for classes or continue course of study
Post-Conditions		Student must re-apply for admission
