Your credit card will be charged when the book arrives for the product plus the shipping to our store.  You will then pick up the book at the front counter of the WSU Bookstore.  Shipping times vary from publisher to publisher, but new books generally take 7-10 business days and used books take 4-5 business days.  All ordered books are sold on a non-returnable basis.
