Eligibility Requirements

In order to receive funding from the Federal Student Aid programs you must meet the following requirements:

• Demonstrate financial need (except for some loan programs).
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be enrolled in a degree or certificate program.
• U.S Citizen or eligible noncitizen.
• Have a valid Social Security Number.
• Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards.
• Be registered with the Selective Service (if required).
• Sign a statement of educational purpose and certification statement on refunds and default.
