A brief overview of the HelpDesk's functions.

  * Who We Are:
The HelpDesk is a division of Information Technology whose purpose is to act as a link between the networking and computing divisions and you. Staffed by WSU students, and overseen by full-time employees, the HelpDesk is your gateway to the technical services this University offers.
 
  * What We Offer:
The HelpDesk has two basic functions -
We handle student UNIX and Network ID account generation and maintenance. Students having problems with either of these accounts should contact us.

We also act as a troubleshooting center for computing and networking services offered by Information Technology. You come in directly to visit us or call us if you have any problems with these services. This web interface is another way we're trying to bring our services closer to you.
 
  * Where You Can Find Us:
The HelpDesk is located in the Information Technology Building, just south of Martin Stadium, and down the hill from the CUB and the Fire Station. You can find us in room 2091, directly across the lobby from the entryway doors.
