POLICY ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH provides a wide range of initiatives and information to support Western states' concerns about higher education public policy issues and better informed decision-making.

PROGRAMS AND SERVICES coordinates the three Student Exchange Programs and the State Scholars Initiative, helps launch efforts to broaden access and cut costs, and tracks workforce needs across WICHE's 15 states.

WCET works nationally to promote the effective use of technologies in higher education by offering information and expertise and facilitating resource-sharing among member organizations.

MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM helps member states improve their public mental health systems and enhance the preparation of a qualified mental health workforce.
