Remote Labs Around the World
- BC ILN. Thompson Rivers University and HP Catalyst Community. BC ILN provides access to anytime/anyplace access to cyber-enabled instrumentation for chemical analysis with the goal of engaging in "mindful" scientific activites.
- iLab Project. Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, U.S.A. The iLab vision is to share lab experiments as broadly as possible within higher education and beyond. The ultimate goal of the iLab project is to create a rich set of experiment resources that make it easier for faculty members around the world to share their labs over the Internet.
- Labshare. The Labshare Institute (TLI), Sydney, Australia. LI's mission is to become the leading service and solution provider of remote laboratory usage and development. TLI will do this by encouraging and advocating for the integration of innovation alongside remote laboratory technology within science and engineering education.
- LiLa - Library of Labs, Stuttgart,Germany. The “Library of Labs” is an initiative of eight universities and three enterprises for the mutual exchange of, and access to, virtual laboratories (simulations) and remote experiments (remotely controlled via the Internet).
- WebLab-Deusto Research Group, Bizkaia, Spain. This open source project provides a web-based, experiment-agnostic, scalable software infrastructure for the delivery of science labs via the Internet.
