  1. Participants will understand the clinical and operational logistics involved in integrating behavioral health interventions into primary care practice.

  2. Participants will listen in as a Family Practice Physician, a Psychologist and a Psychiatrist discuss how they merge their skills and perspectives on patient care in an integrated clinical model.

  3. Participants will learn why and how a rural Community Mental Health Center embraced primary care, became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and now blends the missions of community health centers and community mental health.
